1 Choose your piece

Select your model from the collection and your Italian size. French equivalents are shown on each product page, and our measuring guide is available here: How to measure.

2  Send us a message

Click  " Send us a message"  (or write to tp@tatianapikhtina.com), mentioning the model, colour and size. I will reply to you personally.

 

3 Confirm your size

Standard sizes: we validate your size together, using the reference measurements on the product page.

Made-to-Measure (+20%): we take your full measurements and adapt length, fit and finishing to you.

 

4 Confirm your order

Once all details are agreed, you receive a written confirmation with the final price and payment details. A 50% deposit starts production. The balance is due before shipping.

5  Production: approximately 6 to 8 weeks

Your piece is made to order in Florence, after your measurements are validated and the deposit is received.

6  Delivery

Your order is shipped with tracking and signature confirmation. Shipping costs are quoted before you pay and are borne by the client.
